Under CAA Guidance, individuals working in the Aviation industry should receive some training in Human factors and how it relates to their role, to enhance learning outcomes of dedicated training, improve decision making, and improve overall security culture.
Course Overview:
In the dynamic and high-stakes environments of Health & Safety (H&S) and Aviation Security (AvSec), understanding human factors is essential for ensuring effective operations, reducing errors, and maintaining safety standards. This training course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive awareness of human factors and their significant impact on H&S and AvSec.
