Course aims & objectives

In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.

This training course is designed to help learners transform their lives by creating new, healthy habits and eliminating old, negative ones. Focusing on practical techniques backed by behavioural science, the course guides participants through the process of understanding habit formation and provides effective strategies for change. Through interactive lessons, learners will explore how habits are formed, identify triggers for negative behaviours, and develop customized plans to replace them with positive actions.

With a blend of theory, self-reflection, and real-world applications, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their behaviour patterns and the confidence to implement positive changes.
