Course aims & objectives
In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies as independent courses or at a discount with out five-course bundle.
This multi-course package is designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive approach to improving their overall wellbeing by addressing key areas of stress management, habit formation, burnout prevention, sleep improvement, and mindset development. The courses combine evidence-based strategies, practical exercises, and self-reflection tools to help participants make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
Stress and Coping focuses on recognizing the early signs of stress and equipping participants with a range of coping mechanisms, such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and time management strategies. The course empowers individuals to identify stress indicators, build emotional resilience, and prevent burnout, ultimately fostering a more balanced and healthy life.
Avoiding Burnout teaches participants how to identify the early warning signs of burnout and implement effective strategies to prevent it. Emphasizing work-life balance, self-care, and emotional resilience, the course provides practical tools such as mindfulness practices and effective communication techniques to help manage stress and safeguard mental and physical health.
The Mindset Shift course guides individuals in shifting from an "all-or-nothing" mentality to one of flexibility and growth. By cultivating a growth mindset, participants will learn to embrace small, incremental changes and build resilience, self-compassion, and motivation for sustainable personal growth.
Driving Habit Change focuses on understanding how habits are formed and provides learners with the tools to replace negative behaviors with positive, healthy habits. The course explores how to identify triggers, set achievable goals, and create personalized plans for long-term change, empowering participants to transform their lives and achieve their wellness goals.
Finally, The Sleep Masterclass helps participants understand the science of sleep and how it impacts overall wellbeing. Through strategies for improving sleep quality and establishing a healthy sleep and morning routine, the course equips learners with tools for creating a rejuvenating nightly routine and starting each day with focus and clarity.
