Course aims & objectives
In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.
This wellbeing course is designed to help individuals shift their mindset towards a more flexible and progressive approach to wellbeing and habit change. Many people struggle with an "all or nothing" mentality, where the pursuit of perfect habits or extreme results often leads to frustration, burnout, and setbacks. In this course, participants will learn how to embrace a growth mindset, understanding that small, incremental changes are key to long-term success and personal growth.
The course offers practical strategies for setting realistic, sustainable goals that encourage consistency and progress rather than perfection. Participants will explore how to cultivate self-compassion, build resilience, and stay motivated, even when progress feels slow. Through exercises focused on mindfulness and positive self-reflection, the course guides individuals in shifting from an all-or-nothing mentality to one that celebrates small wins and adapts to life’s challenges.
