Course aims & objectives

In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.

This wellbeing course is designed to help individuals develop and improve both a healthy sleep and morning routine, ensuring a balanced and energized start to each day. Quality sleep and a positive morning routine are essential for maintaining physical health, emotional wellbeing, and productivity. In this course, participants will learn the science of sleep, including how sleep cycles work and the impact of sleep on mood, cognitive function, and overall health. The course provides effective strategies for improving sleep quality and establishing a bedtime routine that fosters restful, rejuvenating sleep.

Alongside sleep improvement, the course focuses on cultivating a mindful, intentional morning routine. Participants will explore techniques such as gentle stretching, mindful meditation, and goal-setting to start each day with focus and clarity.
