Course aims & objectives
In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.
This wellbeing course is designed to help individuals recognize the signs of burnout early and develop effective prevention methods to safeguard their mental and physical health. Burnout is a state of chronic stress that can lead to emotional exhaustion, decreased performance, and a sense of detachment from work or personal life. In this course, participants will learn to identify the common signs of burnout, including fatigue, irritability, and a sense of overwhelm. Through engaging lessons and practical exercises, the course provides participants with strategies to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care.
Key topics include the importance of work-life balance, time management, and emotional resilience. Participants will explore techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation practices, and effective communication to reduce stress and prevent burnout. The course also emphasizes the significance of maintaining a support system and seeking help when necessary.
