Course aims & objectives
In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.
This wellbeing course is designed to help individuals recognize the early signs of stress and develop effective strategies for managing it. Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can negatively affect our mental, emotional, and physical health. In this course, participants will learn to identify both the subtle and obvious indicators of stress, including changes in mood, behaviour, and physical sensations. Through a combination of interactive lessons, guided self-reflection, and practical exercises, participants will explore a variety of coping mechanisms such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, time management strategies, and healthy lifestyle changes.
The course also covers the importance of emotional awareness and resilience-building, providing tools to prevent burnout and promote long-term wellbeing. By the end of the program, individuals will have the confidence and skills to handle stress more effectively, maintain balance in their daily lives, and nurture their mental and physical health.
